Viganò and Vecchi as Rectors Major. It is used to refer to the quality
of the Salesian mission as expressed in a community, but also in reference
to individual roles e.g. the priest |
Mission and
ministry are
distinguished -we talk about the pastoral quality or the mission as
exercised in practice in a community or place, under the guidance of the
'pastors'.
Pastoral quality can also be
applied to a dimension of Salesian work such as the school. |
