Reawakening the heart of each Salesian with the apostolic zeal of Don Bosco.
The heart may appear to be obscured at present by so many things, situations and difficulties which are represented by the lines netween the heart and Don Bosco.
The Da mihi animas, cetera tolle demands that the heart of every Salesian, in an atmosphere of personal vocational fidelty to Don Bosco, goes to the source and to the heart of Don Bosco’s educatiional zeal, represented by the image of the young people.
.
The heart of each Salesian is at the centre of the message of the logo. It is necessary to go deep in order to reawaken the heart, to take up again with renewed enthusiasm the spiritual and apostolic programme of Don Bosco, to present Don Bosco today in each individual Salesian.
So that each “Son of Don Bosco” may become Don Bosco again today; through each Salesian Don Bosco returns among the young!
This section was given more attention since the GC26 is meant to be a planning and not a doctrinal Chapter. The courses of action are intended to be the translation into practical terms of the call, in view of a positive transformation of the situation.
