Subject: The first tasks on the way towards the General Chapter 28
Dear Father Provincial,
I hope you are well. I am writing with regard to the first steps which
need to be taken to set in motion the preparations for the General Chapter.
1. First of all I need to know as soon as possible the name and surname of the confrere
you have chosen as the Moderator of the Provincial Chapter, and likewise his e-mail
address. In these days of June I shall be sending him the forms for the contributions to the
GC28 and for the various lists of the confreres.
2. In addition it would be helpful for me to know the dates when the Provincial Chapter
will be held and therefore the sessions you have decided on.
3. Finally it would be good to set up as soon as possible the Provincial Preparatory
Commission, so that it can offer you suggestions not only about the holding of the
Provincial Chapter, but also about the involvement of the communities and of the
confreres.
From now on my communications to the Provinces about the various phases of the GC28
will ordinarily be sent to the Moderator of the Provincial Chapter.
