Starting from September 2012, as soon as possible the Provinces should send to the Moderator of the GC27 the “General List of the confreres of the Province in view of the Provincial Chapter” (cf. AGC 413 n. 2.4.3.1).

Directions for completing the General List of the confreres of the Province:

  1. N°       = Pregressive Number
  2. PATERNAL SURNAME = to be written in alphabetical order and all in CAPITAL LETTERS
  3. Baptisman name  =  to be written in small letters after the initial Capital Letter
  4. P         = Priest
    L         = Lay, Brother
    D         = Deacon
    S          = ‘Scholastic’, Student “cleric”
  5. t          = temporarily professed
  6. The three letter symbol of the Province in Capital Letters

The Moderator of the Provincial Chapter should see to the duplication of the pages attached here in sufficient numbers to contain all the names on the General List of the confreres of the Province.
